In celebration of the US Hops Convention in Portland from January 21-24, Salmon-Safe convened a panel of leading regional and national craft brewers to discuss supply chain sustainability and how hop certification is inspiring a new movement towards water quality and watershed restoration in Willamette Valley and Yakima hop growing.
