This spring and summer, Salmon-Safe and our longtime partners at Wild Farm Alliance are presenting a series of four West Coast field days for agricultural professionals to highlight biodiversity conservation practices that protect water quality and support ecosystem services including natural pest control. The Oregon, Washington, and Idaho field days all will be hosted by leading Salmon-Safe certified growers.
These sessions will equip ag professionals with biodiversity-based pest control strategies reducing the need for pesticides and conserving local wildlife and waterways. Explore the latest tools and research on using conservation practices to strengthen pest control, improve water quality, and build soil health across western farms.
