Joining with Hopworks to roll out Salmon-Safe IPX

We’re lined up at the bar in anticipation of the official rollout of Hopworks Urban Brewery Salmon-Safe IPX, featuring certified hops from our two pioneering hops growers, Goschie Farms and Roy Farms, in the Willamette and Yakima respectively. The dedication is at 5pm this Tuesday at Hopworks, 2944 SE Powell Blvd.

Salmon-Safe IPX is the latest Northwest craft beer sourced with Salmon-Safe hops and the first in a new partnership with Hopworks. To achieve Salmon-Safe certification, hop growers transition farms to practices that protect water quality, reduce irrigation water use, and restore habitat.
