Just in time for the holidays we’ve wrapped up vineyard site assessment season and now we’re adding to the  Salmon-Safe wine list. Since 1997, we’ve joined with our collaborating certification organizations LIVE and Oregon Tilth to certify 350+ Salmon-Safe vineyards. Salmon-friendly vineyard management also produces world class wine; it’s no coincidence that our wine list reads like a who’s who list of the Northwest’s most acclaimed vintners.
