Salmon-Safe’s Ellen Southard and PCC Natural Markets’ Chef Lynne Vea celebrated the Salmon-Safe certification of PCC’s new store in Edmonds, Washington, with a morning appearance and cooking demonstration on KING5 TV’s New Day Northwest. Lynn’s Bistro Chicken is sourced from Salmon-Safe and organically certified Draper Valley chicken and she serves it with Salmon-Safe certified Pinot Gris from Cooper Mountain.
